My usual refrain, I'm afraid - does anyone have a spec file for Kea 1.3 on centos7 that they could share?

Hi Bill,

Here is the spec file:

https://arch-ed.dk/srpms/kea-1.3.0-beta/kea.spec

Here is the patch from version 1.1.0:

https://arch-ed.dk/srpms/kea-1.3.0-beta/kea-systemd.patch

When I find a way to override rpmbuilds BUILDHOST variable, I'll upload the srpm.
